Not liking the European endless round sling standard EN 1492-2, or Australian endless round sling standard AS 4497, which clearly indicate the color and capacity for each type of round sling, many lifting operators always take it granted that endless round slings to USA doesn't come with specific color on each load capacity. Actually WSTDA has already lanched the standard for USA standard endless round slings-WSTDA-RS-1, where you can find every things regarding to the manufacture, test, and maitanance of the USA standard round slings. Of course it indicates that color of the appreance with certain load capacity accordingly.
The endless round slings from China Wristrong are manufactured to WSTDA-RS-1 from high tenacity polyester yarn encased in a colour coded tubular sleeve of durable woven polyester fabric. The sleeve is constructed to protect the internal rows of yarn filament and keep them in a parallel formation at all times. The yarn fibre core is free to spread out into a flat shape where the sling is in contact with the load. This provides a broad support which cushions the load against damage and reduces slipping. The low stretch characteristics of the polyester yarn also prevents "load bounce" when lifting very heavy weights.The Wristrong endless round sling is a versatile all-purpose lifting sling which is both strong and non-damaging to its load. It is extremely light in weight and infinitely flexible in all Directions, it is easy and quick to manipulate even when lifting awkwardly shaped or fragile loads. Round slings are unaffected by sunlight, humidity, grease, dirt or seawater and may be used in a multitude of lifting applications.
